The couple behind Dubai's home of food culture.
During COVID, the inner foodie in all of us emerged. Ola dove into online cooking classes while Tarek became obsessed with smoking and grilling large cuts of meat. He created such a mess in the kitchen that Ola kicked him out to the garden. and Cucina Del Sul (Kitchen of Sultani) was born.
What started as an outdoor kitchen for friends and family quickly evolved into something bigger. Chefs started showing up. Foodies followed. Each gathering celebrated a different cuisine. from burgers to paellas, braais to BBQs.
Those backyard gatherings became the seed of a community. Strangers walked in and left as friends, united by food. Cucina Del Sul has since grown into a culinary experience company. producing large-scale food events, championing homegrown culinary talent, and building a platform where food culture thrives. We've hosted thousands of guests, worked with world-class chefs, and partnered with some of the region's biggest brands and destinations.
